They have what you want, and it’s probably cheaper than the grocery store. They have a great selection of food, produce, even potted and cut flowers. The family that runs it is lovely. They close at 11pm, and open at I think 9am. I’ve been going to Harbord Convenience for 6 years, and it’s a godsend during cold Toronto winters when you need something and don’t want to have to trek all the way to the grocery store.

This little shop has everything you’d ever need or want. Crazy glue? Canned green beans? Flowers? Scented candles? Check, check, check, check. I think it’s run by a family, all of whom are nice but quiet. Things are fairly priced and they have a surprisingly diverse selection of items. The store is open most of the time but I’m not quite sure when it’s closed. They accept credit cards and are pretty quick to ring you up. I am so glad to have this place around the corner from my house — it lives up to its name.
