I’m so glad came here. I’ve been intending on buying a good pair of jeans(and saving for it) so I went to a couple of stores. Have to add that when I’m working, I don’t dress the nicest and at a previous store(Banana Republic) they didn’t treat me well –I think because of how I was dressed… Looked like a baggy snowman– but they barely helped me when I asked and wouldn’t even make eye contact, so I left. Then I came to this store and they were immediately nice and helpful. Made me feel welcomed and replied with great knowledge, all my denim inquires: P. I think the girl who helped me, her name is Tao(sorry if I got it wrong). Shopping doesn’t HAVE to be a full experience, but when it is, it is remembered. And appreciated.

I’m a fan of the general Guess style and while I enjoy shopping at all their locations I do enjoy shopping at this particular store because the staff have always been fabulous, not getting in my way if I’m just browsing or being super helpful if I need them. But their store at Yonge and Dundas is as great with perhaps a better inventory. I agree with Lauren in that it is less busy than the Yonge and Dundas store which I prefer, and I have no real problem with them having a smaller inventory than the other downtown store. I wouldn’t say that it offers anything extraordinary that is not seen in other stores, they have a sale section that can see you grab some nifty swag for the $ 20 price range, and most of their newer styles will cost you closer to a $ 100(I’m talking about the guy options here), but I’ve always been happy with my Guess purchases. It is the friendly staff that make me enjoy walking in here so if you’re strolling around Queen St W, it wouldn’t hurt for you to pop in to this store.

This Guess store is especially fab because the staff here are great. They are always smiley and quick to help me get sizes, shoes to try on with outfits, etc. Plus no pressure sales tactics. This store doesn’t have everything in stock that the online store has, it’s a lot smaller than the Yonge/Dundas location. But it’s usually quieter here(less customers) and it’s easier to try things on.
