After visiting this store, G-Star has become one of my favourite brands. There were lots of products, and the staff there were always helpful every time I went. Claire was very helpful when I went very late one day. I was the only customer there and she wouldn’t leave me alone, but in a good way. Claire has probably been the nicest person I have ever met and help me in a clothing store.

I love G-Star. Been shopping around the world for their clothing before they opened the store in Toronto. Been to this store over 5 times now and always came out with something new. Staff was very friendly and patience. Always asking if I would like to try it and if they could open a change room for me. They always have good sales happening like 50% off. Last sale came away with a pair of 3D jeans for $ 110. Which is the lowest I have seen yet.

Before coming into the store I couldn’t really say I’ve had any experience with the brand. I happened to be walking by and noticed that the Xbox demo store was gone and this store was now in it’s place. While the customer service here was great it wasn’t really enough to bump it up a star. The clothing is nice, but a little pricey for what it is. I was shopping for a casual blazer and asked what they had. They had one. While this was disappointing it made sense considering the clothing line. The person helping me though said they were getting more selection in soon. Good to know, however… after leaving here I went a few doors down to Showroom where they already had the new blazers in. Why did Showroom have them already and the brand’s own store didn’t? Odd. The only other slightly annoying thing about this store was that I had to leave my tea at the counter. Not a huge deal, but this isn’t really the kind of store where I would expect this policy.
