FK Laser & Anti Aging Centre

I had a Groupon with FK Laser. I agree with the other comments about Dr. F’s communication skills. As a doctor, he seems to view the laser hair removal as a medical procedure, instead of a spa treatment and comes across very much as a doctor who didn’t do all that well in the ‘beside manner’ class — abrupt and rushed and talks about himself quite a bit. Also, the high pressure sales at the 1^st appointment were definitely not appreciated.
However, all this would be manageable if the treatment was great. I’m not an expert on the equipment used for these treatments, but I think he has older equipment. It certainly was not the Soprano one I’ve experienced at other places. It was a big paddle that was placed sporadically, not a wand that is moved over all the skin.
In the end, I was not happy with the results after several treatments and will not be going back. I can recommend it either. There are plenty of other places in the area with more pleasant staff and better equipment.

I called this clinic and book an appointment for free consultation for laser hair removal. I had the price from Groupon, but then It turned out that he wanted to charge me almost twice more than what was mentioned in the ad saying nonsense to convince me. But he didn’t know that I’d already had lots of experience with other clinics knowing which one is con and which one is honest. I don’t really recommend this clinic at least for hair removal.

ok just purchased a groupon for this place and after speaking to the man over the phone, I refunded the voucher. The man is absolutely inappropriate with horrible phone manner. will not listen to what you want to say, will override your talk.
When I called back to cancel the appointment, I told him how I felt during our initial conversation and I honestly don’t feel comfortable visiting your clinic. he got pretty upset saying how he is the doctor and he won’t talk like a spa receptionist. WHAT THE…

Very unprofessional over the phone. Just answers, «Hello» rudely without confirming that it is «FK Laser & Anti Aging Centre.» Sorry, bud, they say first impression is everything and by your first impression, not going to your clinic!
