Fetch Canine Social Club

Thank you Nadia and her team for all the friendly service! Charlie loves his treats :) The coat kept you recommended kept him so warm this winter! This is the place to go in High Park for your fur-​babies. Their involvement in the Moosonee Dog Rescue is such a wonderful thing for our community and those beautiful puppies.

I hesitate to even give it one star. They are obviously not focused on customer service. Even with three people minding the store it seemed too much trouble for them to help me find what I was looking for. The inventory is poor. They seem to have some sort of «vanity» attitude and are not operating as a real business.

Our dog Bruce just can’t get enough of fetch in any aspect! Whether if we’re just strolling into the store, or if he’s being boarded or attending their daycare program, he always has a big smile on his face.
The storefront is cozy and carries a lot of local and more independent brands, all the while carrying top quality products. They’re always happy to do orders for you as we’ll if you’re looking for something specific. Our favourite product we’ve bought so far is a Hiro and Wolfe collar for our dog that is just absolutely gorgeous, and doesn’t seem to be carried elsewhere in toronto (or easily found at the least). You’ll always have the guarantee that the products they carry are ones made without animal testing or questionable ingredients too.
The staff are all super friendly and animal lovers. We definitely have peace of mind when leaving our dog in their care during the day. With other places, we worry whether they’ll snap on a choke collar or a prong, but you won’t have to worry about that with these guys. They have such a natural and humane way with animals that you can’t help but trust them. Add the fact that they’re closely tied with The Moosonee Puppy Rescue, holding adoptathons and promoting fund raisers makes us respect and love them so much more.

My partner and I LOVE Fetch. My dog does there 2 – 3 times a week and has a great time. She comes home tired, happy and very satisfied. The owner and staff and friendly, professional, knowledgable and passionate about dogs. Its my dog’s home away from home and there is no other place I trust more with taking care of my baby. I do NOT recommend fetch. I went in with my 9 month old puppy looking for a new toy for him and the guy who was working didn’t even acknowledge I was even in the store. Not a hello can I help you nope nothing he was more interested in the computer. I will not be going back

I bought a package of Etta Says dog treats. There was a small cup with samples as well so I took one sample and I was looking at coats. I set the treats, with the sample, on the counter. Later I went to complete my purchase and it seemed more expensive than I expected. When I got the receipt it said that I had been charged $ 1.50 for a single dog treat that was in a package that said SAMPLE NOT FOR RESALE. I pointed this out to the clerk who had rung up the order and she said «yup». I have never had good service in this store. It is rarely friendly but I still go by because I like to shop local. So sad that things are so tough you have to charge for a sample without telling the customer ahead of time. There are no signs to indicate the price or that there would be a price and no price on the item. Why not just ring it in at 5 bucks next time. Well maybe then I would return it. Seriously it seems things are pretty desperate at this store. I have never used the other services and can’t say I ever would.

We love fetch and have been taking our little doggy there for the better part of two years. The grooming services they offer are very convenient as well. We have used them for doggy daycare and walking service and both have been great. They are very accommodating. Our doggay always comes home happy and pooped.

I recently went to Fetch to enroll my 3 month old puppy in their dog daycare and upon entry to the shop the store clerk’s dog attacked my puppy, biting his face and latching on. This is absolutely unacceptable. Before entering the store I even asked the clerk if her two dogs were OK with puppies and if it was ok to bring my dog in which she responded to with a ‘yes’. As soon as I entered, her dog attacked my puppy.
Not only was her dog a aggressive but the clerk’s reaction was intolerable. She made no effort to stop her dog and offered no apology!
Obviously I did not continue to register my dog for any of there services and I will never return to this store, which I once thought was a great shop.
I do not recommend this store or any of its services and hope that any dog owner concerned with the safety of their dog would avoid Fetch in the future — Toronto has plenty of better offerings!

Amazing place, great staff. Peace of mind when my dog is with them for the day. Cool shop too with lots of great products that you can’t find at regular pet store.
Highly recommended to anyone with dogs.
