If there were negative star ratings, I would rate this office with the most negative rating. This office has one of the worst car insurance agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called for a quote and received heinous service: abrupt, negative and completely unhelpful.
A few days later, a friend told me about his search for car insurance as well and his horrible experience with a State Farm office. I asked if it was the one at Jane. Of course it was — no surprise.
