Express Shoe Repair

Brought in a pair of loafers with the bottom soles chipped and a hole at the toe. Got new soles for the bottom and the hole was fixed! Great service!

Brought a pair of leather boots here, thinking they were well past the point of salvageable. They came back to me with new soles, cleaned, polished — good as new!
Reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Very happy with the service!

I was a customer of Sole Survivor on Kensington before, but I came across this shop when I was looking to repair my Ugg boots. Since then, this place became my go-​to shoe repair shop.
When I was looking to replace zippers for my boots, Shoe Therapy on Bay and Bloor gave me quote for $ 60 on EACH side (not the whole pair), Sole Survivor $ 50 each (better but not by that much), and another random place in North York I can’t remember the name of said $ 45 each.
I found this place by luck and the owner man said that he can do it for $ 35 each! It was much cheaper than any other places so I took the offer.
I know some will think it’s not worth it, but I had that boots for three years, all after going through massive snow storms etc. It was def worth fixing.
The owner did a fantastic job! The zippers were as good as they were when I first got them :)
I was at the shop today to drop some leather boots off to have the calves taken in, paid $ 40 for the pair. The lady in front of me had a pair that needs to be stretched and she was charged $ 30 for the pair.
This place is far lot cheaper than any other shoe repairs I’ve been to and the owner man is really friendly and nice :)

I thought my beloved blue Uggs were toast — I’d worked really hard to keep them in good shape, but the zips were failing. The guy here took a look and told me all was not lost. In just a few days he had replaced the zips and they look fantastic! I couldn’t be more pleased and the price was excellent. Very, very happy.
