Update: After wearing my shoes a few times(the ones I brought here to put sole protectors on), the rubber is already coming off one of my shoe. The scruffs put on to my shoes were bad enough, but it seems even the original job wasn’t done properly. Customers beware.

This actually deserves zero stars because this repair shop did not do any repairs. I took a pair boots where the insoles were coming lose to glue them back. When I picked the boots up I checked and both insoles were still peeling. The man said there was nothing he could do and so now I have to find a new shop to fix my boots. The only good thing is that he had the decency not to charge me. Seriously though? How hard is it to put some glue on the bottom of a pair of insoles. Ridiculous!

I brought my high heel leather boots here because the heels had worn down. The gentleman behind the counter of this tiny somewhat cluttered shoe repair shop took a look at my boots, listened to what I wanted and asked me to come back in three days. Three days later I came back to pick up my boots and the gentleman could not find them! It took 15 minutes for him to find my shoes while I was slowly dying inside as I thought they were lost forever. When the shoes were found in a pile of other shoes I was happy to see that the job on reconstructing the heels were done to perfection and I walked out a happy chappy girl who paid only $ 14 for the repair. Other places I’ve been have always charged me more. I did not like how they lost my shoe in the store but I’ll come back!

I went to Cobblers Corner to get some shoes polished. The owner is very honest and incredibly helpful. I brought in several pairs of shoes and for a very reasonable price he was able to make them like new. I also brought some belts to be shortened and he does a great job with them as well. I finally had the urge to polish my shoes myself and decided to buy all the materials. I went to him and asked for his advice, and he went through the whole process with me. He even made recommendations based on my budget, which were very helpful. I would not hesitate to return to his store for any shoe/belt/leather needs.

This place is run by a little oriental man who speaks just enough English to get by in this wonderful shoe repair shop. For $ 10 a pair he will take your shoes, replace the heel and do whatever else it takes to turn your shoes back to brand new!(Stitch holes, fix scuffs, glue, polish, clean, deodorize, etc). I’ve never gotten a pair back that didn’t look like brand new after he was finished with them! Rather than tell you how long your shoes will take to fix, he asks you when you are coming back. You can say anything from a couple of hours to a few days. No matter what though, he has them ready for you.(I generally come back the next day). Once he even fixed a pair of broken thong sandals in an hour when the strap that goes between your toes fell out. An emergency fix before heading to the beach. He giggles a lot, which is just charming, and on occasion you can get him to laugh out loud. Economical, quick and shoes that come back looking brand new. I highly recommend this place.
