Realtor and Real Estate Investor, I have a passion for the Real Estate industry.

I thoroughly enjoy working with clients to find their next house, condo or rental property, or developing the strategy on selling a client’s property to maximize their sale price. Coming from a background in corporate sales in the telecom industry, I have developed my skills in working with clients to understand their requirements, and delivering professional service.

When it comes to managing my rental property portfolio, or teaching my clients the important aspects of home ownership I don’t just talk the talk. At one time I owned and managed five multi-​unit properties, and have built and repaired many parts of a house. I have a detailed understanding of how to finance a home, home operating costs, and the cost/​implications of making home repairs or improvements. What gets me excited is working with clients to define the best strategy to meet their lifestyle and investment goals.
