History

Established in 2010.

I started my career as a Realtor over five years ago, but my passion for real estate started much before that. In my teens I spent my pastime reading tech and architectural/​interior design magazines and is when I really started to obsess about all things real estate.

On my weekly commute to a local mall I would see a large sign for a new condominium development coming to the neighborhood and by the age of nineteen I decided to purchase my first property there. I didn’t have much money just enough to put down the initial deposit, I also knew that I wouldn’t qualify for a mortgage at the time but I figured this obligation would force me to save my money and by the time the development was complete I would hopefully qualify for the mortgage. This decision would turn out to be the best decision I would ever make because it lead me to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing and would eventually lead to a career I absolutely love and cherish.
