I went to location of 3145 dundas st. w, mississauga, Ontario, Canada Cash out time at 2:15pm on March, 30, 2016. Happen during of the day was when I cash out at the counter. The black skin lady salesperson. She told me my student card will be expire on end of March. Then I said ok. How I can renew my card in future??? She started change her agility. She said ur card will done on any day. It will be ur last time to buying stuff at cosmoprof in the future. Then I said. What do u mean it is my last time buy stuff at cosmoprof??? She started change her agility. She started ask me. Am I have my hairdressing license yet??? I told her I don’t have it yet. I went to school and I work at the salon. Also I finished my hairdressing apprenticeship. Then she said how u can work at the salon without licensed. I said I can work with the salon who have license there. She said if u aren’t license. So u didn’t pay for the money to government. So u don’t have benifit to Buying stuff and work. I told her I pay for my apprenticeship card 2 and my license test exam. I was failed my text. Doesn’t mean I can’t work and I will not pass my exam in future. What I can do or prove i can renew my student card. Then a customer behind me. She was waiting to cash out. The salesperson started ask the client. Are u hairstylist? ?? Are u license? The customer said yes. I’m licensed. And the sales ask how he can work with some1 without licensed. Is he lie? She answer her he can work with someone with license. Then I asked again. How can I renew my card in future. ??? She said bring ur stuff to prove. I ask her what should I bring. She said bring ur shit. So I thought she maybe have a bad day. I told her can u cash out my item. She asked give me ur Student Card again. I gave it to her. We done the cashout. She looked at my card again. She said I have to take ur card. U aren’t allow to use the card again. I said the card will expire on end of March. But today is March 30. If my boss need anything tomorrow. I need the card. I said please give me back the card. If it is expires end of March. I can’t use it after April anyways. After she went to the back few minutes. Then the manager or has higher position than her come after a minute. The Manger said I heard about the story. Why u make it so much trouble here. U are here about 10 – 20 mins to cash out ur item. Then I asked her how I can renew my card in future. The Manger hold my card to her chest and said u are done and was ripping my card at the same time. Then I said excuse me. Can I talk to u? She refused to talk to me. And said again U are done today. It is really bad customers service. I never happen on any beauty supply (like Pearlon, Sally, Alternative, Venus, Radiant, KMS). It is very bad experience. Stuff working on this location every unprofessional and rude.
I will share my experience to all my hairdressing friends, co-​workers, salon owner, school teacher, and all sales associate to other beauty company of this location.
First they can’t ripping the card in front of me and also the card isnt expires yet. And Manger should refused to talk to customer when she doesn’t know what is the problem.
Second they shouldn’t judge how the customer can work at salon and share their personal information to other client.

I am not a member. There is a sign in the door that you have to be a member to shop there. I just walked in to look around and consider getting a membership. As soon as I walked in I was rudely asked if I had a membership. I said no I wanted to look around and truthfully I would have gotten a membership and would have spent $ 200 – 300 today if she had what I was looking for which I imagine she did. She rudely said «we don’t serve to the public NO». I said I get it and walked out. After I left she made fun of me to the people in line I could see they were laughing at me. Thanks for making me feel like an idiot for no reason lady.
Mind your manners I was there to spend money maybe help me do that?
What kind of business plan is this that you don’t sell to the public? Even still I would have gotten a membership had you not been such a jerk.
I will continue to do my beauty shopping for my business on Amazon.
