I love it when I can go into a chain-​type coffe place and expect a standard level of service. This was my first experience with Coffee Time as I generally go to Starbucks or Timmy’s. This location should consider straying from the corporate mandated slogan of «Any time is Coffee Time» and replace «Any» with «Every» because even when you order a tea you get coffee.
I didn’t think ordering a tea and a blueberry muffin was such a confusing order that someone would get so mixed up and give me a coffee instead of a tea. I’m glad I had decided to sit down for a few minutes to eat my muffin or I would have been on the subway, stuck with a cup full of watered-​down dirt instead of a delicious cup of tea.
