I honestly had the best experience here. The staff were super friendly. I HATE getting needles, but I had to get some blood work done and man am I glad I had it done here.
I normally get really freaked out about the whole thing, but I was really calm at CML. My nurse (I wish I got her name) was the best. I felt the teeniest of stings, but that was it. It was over before I knew it and was one of the best experiences for taking blood. If I ever need blood work done again, I’m coming here!

I was there on a Friday and surprisingly the wait wasn’t too long. As I was waiting I heard a few people request for Stephanie at reception. So I did too and I’m so glad that I did because she’s the best nurse to ever take my blood. She really cares about her job and is very gentle. I was so nervous! Stephanie made me feel so comfortable. But don’t make her mad because she will put you in your place. From what I saw she doesn’t tolerate bullshit. She helped her co worker May deal with a patient who was causing a seen. May is obviously weak! I will return to this location. I love it!

Guy at the front desk was very unfriendly and nasty. It wasn’t even busy with 3 people waiting. Obviously doesn’t care about the patients, is just there to make his money and get out. Name on his badge «McTheodore». Maybe he’s a rapper at night, which would explain his behaviour after all that lack of sleep. Nurse who helped me was very nice. Place looks clean. Good place to go if you can ignore McT.

Friendly staff and clean location.
Arrived this morning for blood work and while there were about 15 other people in the waiting room, I did not wait long to be checked in and seen.
My best blood work experience yet — I will return here for all my future needs.

Arrived around 10:30am midweek for bloodwork, about 15 – 20 people in the waiting area.
Receptionist was a little cold/​short, but Im sure they are busy.
It seemed clean and the nurse was friendly and accommodating.
I think I was in and out in about 40 min
I would return.

This is the best healthcare centre I have seen. Compared to my nightmare experience with Life Labs, this is great service, no lines up and no pain. Everyone is very friendly and I was lucky to meet lady named Amy who is just great with tests. She is so gentle and friendly. I feel like going there again and again — just because I do not feel any uncomfortable feelings or pain.
