I have high hope for Chickens & Duck BBQ. The menu is intriguing as it offers so many different method of preparing ducks and chickens. Lunch Box with choice of 2 meat($ 6.99) and a drink is pretty good value portion wise. Their Roast Duck supposed to be roasted by old traditional method of using«Lychee» wood and charcoal 古法荔枝木炭燒鴨. I found the skin was not as crispy to my liking and BBQ Pork though has a good aroma of honey but was just a tad too skinny and dry. I might give them another try as their special items is not available as lunch box offering. Nanking Roast Duck and Imperial Peking Duck supposed to be made to order, I hope the skin will be nice and crispy but at $ 17 for half/$ 33 for a whole bird it is a little pricey as a food court offering! For Chicken: Shredded Salty Steam Chicken, Vinasse Yellow Hair Chicken sounds interesting too. A lot of items including Daily Soup was not ready during lunch time even though it is supposed to be open at 11:00 am. If you do want to pick up some of their speciality item, you might be better of giving them a call ahead. Cash Only
