Caesar Spa

I was staying at the Holiday Inn where the Spa is located and saw a sign for a $ 49 (CAD) facial. After a long day of client visits I was ready for a little pampering.
Thanks to Eva, I was able to walk in and was fully expecting to make an appointment for during the week. It turned out Eva was also to be my aesthetician.
I changed into a comfy shoulderless terry robe and settled on the massage/​facial bed. The room was dimly lit and there were a few real candles burning, more artificial ones around. Soft music was playing, mixed with birds chirping. I’d not seen the kind with the actual flickering flame, very cool!
Eva explained they use five different lines of products, depending on client needs. She’s been there 12 years, she told me. Her touch was firm but not rough and I thoroughly enjoyed all 60 minutes. She recommended a fruit peel for my dark skin spots and was not insistent or pushy when I politely declined.
I had cleansing, extractions, a masque and a jillion other lotion and potion applications and left with hydrated, glowing skin AND some samples! Oh and that was after a short nap while my masque was drying and I was snoring.
I highly recommend Eva if you’re in need of a relaxing facial that yields excellent results.

I came for a facial from Groupon.
I had a lovely time. The lady did a great job and helped me to feel very relaxed. I think she took offence to how hard my shoulder muscles are (past work injuries– my shoulder muscles are constantly tensed) she spent a great deal of time trying to get them to relax. She was GREAT. SO strong.
They are really good at upselling– be wary! I upgraded to a microdermabrasion and bought expensive sunscreen (so worth it for both though) before I knew it!
A luxury spa this is not, but they do a great job and know their stuff

I went to accompany a friend whom had a gift card. The place was empty, we started the rush. My friend got a pedi. I got mani and pedi. Our aestheticians seemed to have less knowledge than usual. They seemed to not know where things were or which steps to take next. They mentioned that they recently renovated… I think that may have been a cover up because the feet sinks did not look new. The sinks were actually not visually appealing. During the pedicure, the cuticle tool was not used (on the big toe is a must!) During my manicure the cuticle tool was only used on the base of my nail, not on the surrounding skin. The polish application was poor. All in all they were nice but not excellent. People were offered green tea meanwhile my friend and I were not. Even though we were the first ones there. Their customer service was not consistent.
WAY SPA GIFT CARD.
Unsure if this fact is true or not I haven’t read the website details as of yet…
But typically when you have a gift card for let’s say $ 100. If you do not use the full amount, the card is left with the remaining balance. You may use that gift card remaining balance at any of the way spa locations… Not for Cesar’s Spa! The woman at the front desk, held the card and told my friend that she needs to return to the same location to redeem the remaining balance.
2 out of 5 stars because they were nice, not excellent.

Named CAESAR SPA they have special for hotel guest. I booked massage 45 mins Sunday was my therapist. She is Korea not too much English but she was so polite and nice my massage was so good I never been a spa like this. The only I don’t like is the reception was not smiling

My sister birthday I with her have facial and hot stone massage .The massage was Amazing deep tissue and they use organic oil massage .The room is clean staff are very friendly professional. Facial I love their massage my face it was very relaxing .I m sure I will go back more.

Great value spa! Inexpensive in a great location. Is it a luxury spa? No. Will you get a good massage? Absolutely.
Facial was great too but they definitely try to upgrade your treatment and get you to buy products during the service.
I think I’ll be back — feeling very relaxed :)

I came here for a massage and facial. I had a groupon for the services, and they treated me very well. They also offered me some upgrades to go with the groupon, but I declined. They were not pushy at all about it, which was nice.
The massage was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The room had two beds and was nicely decorated and very spacious. The spa music was the perfect volume. My therapist, Nancy, gave a massage with great pressure, and she found all of my sore spots.
The facial was also very nice, and I enjoyed every minute.
It was a little difficult to find as you had to walk through the hotel lobby, but I found it after asking the concierge.

They offered a variety of upgrades. I opted out, but there were a few that I was interested in. At the end of the visit they offered a number of coupons for future use too.
They have certified RMTs which I like, so they also take insurance credits.
The service was very friendly walking in, and most of all relaxing. It’s an excellent convenient location downtown (with other locations around the city).

Had a 5pm appt. Came at 450pm. Waited outside the door for 10 minutes (they lock it because no receptionist). 35 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes inside the treatment room (the aesthetician had to do receptionist duty while I waited).
The supposed to be 90 minute facial and massage — was only 60 minutes. She was the one who told me that it will be 90 minutes. She gave me 35 minutes facial and massage and then 25 minutes for the mask to dry.
Waste of time! NOT COMING BACK!
This is the Shoppes at the Parkway location (have also tried and will not come back to their woodbine location.).
The Sheraton hotel location on Hiway 7 is ok.

Excellent service, and an absolutely fantastic value.
Great wraps + body scrubs + facials. Beautiful interior decoration, which adds to the serene ambiance of the spa. Definitely the best value for your money. My only qualm is that it is located inside Holiday Inn on a major street, so it’s hard to find parking.

I’m kind of a spa snob… but everyone has to slum it at times…
For sure would go back… as I have been 2 times before this review… but it’s not my first choice for a spa, it’s great in a pinch.
Located in the bottom of the Days Inn Hotel on Carlton, it’s kind of hard to find unless you know where it is or are staying in the hotel. The lobby of the spa is very cute, done up in an Asian theme, but there is only one «comfy» couch to sit on, so pray that you’re the only one waiting. This time around we had to wait an 30 mins past our start time to even see someone, but they did offer us something to drink and cookies to make up for it.
I’ve had 2 massages there and 1 manicure. The manicure was ok, I mean how bad can it be if someone is pampering you, but the nail polish didn’t last and it did feel a bit rushed. As for the massages, even though they are RTM’s it’s by no means an RTM massage. There is no digging into sore tissue, working out problem muscles or really working to make you feel better, it’s a light relaxing massage that is just ok.
I would never recommend this place as a day spa or for a serious massage, but if you need a quick relax or are staying in the hotel, have at it.

In short terms, I’d go again.
It’s pretty cheap, but you’re getting a pretty cheap massage. It’s definitely not a proper RMT type of massage, at least not the style i’m used to. But it was still relaxing enough. Although, it did make my bunion act up considering they didn’t even touch my foot. I don’t know much about massages, or bunions for that matter.
They’re super helpful for insurance purposes, though.
I’ll probably use this place again in the future, less for massages, but maybe manicures (if i ever grow my nails out), pedicures and definitely waxing, then i can do a proper review. I have to admit, the décor was pretty beautiful and the pedicure chairs were super inviting.
I have to say though, being massaged by someone named Vivian was pretty exciting. But I’m a total douche like that.

I bought a spa package, and chose them as the closest to my home. NEVER AGAIN!
Constant upselling, even during treatments. VERY questionable hygenic practices in surroundings. Bed covers look like they’re never cleaned; I think towels are just shaken out and reused. I was a little concerned, but chose to ignore, until they (inadvertently) left bright lights on when I was changing after treatment. EEEEEEKKKK! The door was absolutely filthy, where the employee had opened/​closed the door. GROSS stains/​dirt/​cream, etc all over it! If the doors are never wiped down, what does that say about other fixtures?
RUN as far and fast as you can!

The spa itself isn’t the most luxurious, but one of the massage thereapsits, Jane, has two of the most amazing healing hands in the city.
I had tough luck finding a GREAT RMT in Toronto. After five years of searching, this one was a fluke find — they had an online special at
and the Caesar Spa at the Days Inn was the closest location to my workplace offering the special.
When you arrive for your treatment you are offered cookies and tea — take the tea! It’s incredible! They give you a moment to relax, then you are shown into your treatment room. The rooms are a bit shabby (as are the towels), but you’re going to have your eyes closed anyway…
My rating is 2 stars for the spa and 5+ stars for Jane! Ask for her when you book your treatment!
