Natasha was recommended to us. We met with her a few times and she seemed like she had a good handle on her business. She wasn’t very prompt at responding to emails and she was MIA on the day of the wedding after phone calls and text messages. Bride and grooms flowers were late and the grooms flowers did not show up at the hotel for photos. They used the wrong vases for the fireplace mantel. Overall experiences was 80% OK. When you meet with someone and send emails back and forth with specific directions you think they would get it right, especially when your paying thousands of dollars!
