I rented the backyard package with some add ons, and I have nothing but the best things to say about AllCargos.
There are so many benefits of renting from AllCargos that I’m a little bit at a loss as to where to start…
Firstly, they have awesome packages that include delivery!
Secondly, they offer site inspections free of charge, so that they can advise you on what kind and size of tent to rent!
They deliver/​pick up the day before/​after the event (for free) so that you don’t have to be in a panic on the day of the event!
They promise a window of time within which the rentals will be delivered/​picked up, and THEY ACTUALLY ARRIVE IN THE WINDOW.
We got off to a slightly rocky start, as they missed the originally scheduled site inspection, but they made up for the error by providing a discount on the final bill.
As the day of the event grew near, I contacted AllCargos more and more frequently with half a dozen order changes. Every time, I was treated extremely professionally, without a hint of exasperation (I would have been annoyed by me).
