Bad Axe Throwing

So much fun. The «coach» we had was amazing, high energy and very helpful. It made for a really fun birthday party in a nice casual environment. I’d definitely go back. They are byob and only have a tiny fridge, so bring a cooler.

Drinking beer while throwing axes, what an awesome idea! Not going to lie, it wasn’t dangerous at all. Jesse made sure we were safe, didn’t throw when someone was grabbing the axes or no one was behind the person who was throwing axes.
Gotta admit, parking was pretty hard to find, and the neighbourhood isn’t super fancy. You got to enter upstairs and if you see the Coco Fashion design institute, you’re in the right place!
There’s a waiver you sign online through their wifi. You’re allowed your bring booze and food here. It was $ 50 for three hours, so it’s pretty pricey. Credit card only!
Jesse is an amazing host. I felt like I was at an axe throwing class instead of the regular activity places where they give you a rundown and you do your own stuff. Jesse also ran several games with us that were easy to handle and gave us time to practice in between. He’s literally the reason why I added a star to this review! Five stars if this place doesn’t cost $ 50 per person including tax.
