I had my kid in this place for four years. A complete waste of time. They are quick to give you the invoice but not so quick to give your kid the badge for the next level. I watched for years as my kid did the same thing week after week without any progress. All of the parents in my kids class felt the same way. It wasn’t that my kid wasn’t getting the hang of it, it was more so that the method was weak and don’t get me wrong, I’m sure in another four years, the theory would have all come together and I probably would have stuck it out, if not for a repetitive incident. For about four weeks straight, one of the kids in my daughters class would choke and throw up in the pool. The instructor didn’t know how to handle it so all she would do is try her best to get as much of the vomit out with her hands. When we approached Management, they did nothing! Which leads me to my next point. Customer service is absolutely horrible!!! They say that if you miss a class you can call and get a makeup. Well good luck having anyone call you back to schedule, said makeup. In my four years there, we accumulated 9 make up classes. All and all, I do owe the little throw up kid a big thank you. Without that incident occurring, I would still be sitting there like a dummy, waiting for my kid to learn how to float her way across the width of the pool. Instead, I took her out 6 months ago and found a new place. She is now diving off the edge to the bottom of the pool, treading water for a minute and swimming the length of the pool on her front and her back on her own. There are much better places out there. Avoid this one.
