History

Established in 2004.

Founded by Danny Zehavi. Danny ran Ascent as an Owner/​Operator offering his customers the highest level of service possible. Over the next eight years Danny grew Ascent on solely on referrals. In 2012 Danny and his family moved overseas he wanted to pass on the business to owners that would care for his clients as much as he did. In 2013 Danny sold the business to his good friend Rob Schaumer, a seasoned entrepreneur and business coach and Sam Sherman, a dedicated service manager from the automotive industry. Danny was confident that Rob and Sam would build upon the solid foundation of quality work and customer service.

A seasoned entrepreneur of over 30 years. I am constantly gravitating towards businesses where I can bring a smile to others by offering quality products and services. In 2013 with my partner Sam we bought Ascent Moving Services. I never imagined the opportunity I would have in flexing my service muscles. Moving can be such a stressful experience. Aside from the moving stress on the day of the move, there are all the per-​stresses in trying to find an honest and straight forward moving company.

I truly enjoy creating a positive experience for our clients. From bringing them their choice of drink at the beginning of the move, to making things work better than they did before we got there. Our motto is «Building Trust One Move At A Time». By the referrals we get I am confident that we are living up to it.
