A to Z Plumbing & Drain was established by Dmitry Monastirsky, Toronto Master Plumber with engineering background. As business grew and new employees joined the company, its values were carefully preserved: Be on Time, Leave the House As Clean As It Was Before You Entered, Do Not Overcharge.

Business Owner

Dmitry is a licensed Master Plumber, certified by the City of Toronto.

Dmitry holds Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from a leading Ukrainian University. He has started this business in 2003, after acquiring Red Seal Certificate of Qualification in Canada.

He fluently speaks Russian, Ukrainian and English languages. His engineering background comes of help in many complex plumbing jobs.

Dmitry started this company to be able to enforce his customer service values: fair charge, timely arrival, clean work.

The company is continuously growing, enjoying referrals from the customers and repeat business.
