I purchased a package for laser hair removal in December for $ 50 per body past. This gave 6 sessions for each area. First I’ll start with bikini line… apparently the bikini line doesn’t actually include the bikini area to this spa. All they do is run the laser wand over part of your thigh and you’re done. Then I told the owner that I wasn’t seeing any results on one of the treated areas because I get a different girl every time and none of them seem to cover the same area. The response was, well you must have difficult hair so you have to buy more sessions for $ 80! $ 80 for 6 sessions on a small patch on my chin that isn’t even the whole chin! It literally takes 2 zaps and its done! Still no results on anything and I’m up to 12 sessions on each affected area. Don’t even get me started with the receptionist! The woman never returns messages, and is rarely there to answer the phone. Good luck trying to re-schedule appointments! It’ll never happen. On the off chance that you get the owner when you call, pray that she’s having a good day and isn’t on the war path! Far better service at ANY other spa.

just plain AWFUL. First of all, the owner is rude and hates her life. Got an online coupon for a massage. They took me to a small room. The RMT was there(the person who I was supposed to get the massage from) but the owner sent me in with another random woman who wasn’t even a masseuse! I asked for the RMT but the owner told me that I won’t get her even though the coupon said so. The massage I got was pathetic as the woman had NO idea what she was doing.

My visits were made because I’d bought a couple of Groupons for laser hair removal. I had pleasant experiences with the esthetician, who was courteous, gentle, and quick. The real issue I was having was with front desk /appointments. Basically, they ignored my request for appointment confirmation for a couple of times over the period of 7 days(email and phone messages), and then made a rushed appointment through email for 2 days later. When I asked to reschedule, they said I didn’t give them enough notice. I politely and calmly discussed with them over the phone that it was rather unreasonable to just randomly stick people in appointment slots for the day-after and give them a 1-day notice to cancel. The lady on the other end of the phone kept talking over me and accusing me of making the appointment, and that it would be considered a no-show if I didn’t make the appointment. In the end I kept the conversation short because it was clear the woman on the other end had no interest in listening. I had lost 1 out of the 6 sessions included in the groupon because of this. It’s never a pleasant experience to have someone trying to shut you up. But more importantly, the way the scheduling and comments were handled was completely unprofessional. For this reason alone I would not consider returning for any other services.
