A ring was purchased at Tricia’s for my Christmas gift. The stone in the ring was loose, so we returned back to have it tightened. Instead it was glued, and not nicely, there was glue all over the stone, and the back of the setting was simply filled in with Glue.
We left the ring to be re-​set and fixed correctly. We called weekly to see what was happening. After 8 weeks, with no ring, I called again, to be told that I call too often, my ring is now in 2 pieces, we would not get our money back, but I could pickup the pieces of what is left of my ring.
