The Lego Store – Guildford

It’s much like any Lego store.
Staff are friendly, cheery and helpful. If they weren’t cheery, I’d think they were psychopaths… after all, they work at a LEGO STORE!
Selection is impressive. You see all the stuff that you can’t get elsewhere. The staff are well-​versed on all their in-​stock product and depending on how long they’ve worked there, are well-​versed on older product as well. You can tell they have a good training program.
Stock levels on some of the higher end stuff seems a bit iffy. They don’t seem to get enough stock of some of the items to prevent regular stock-​outs.
It’s slightly annoying trying to get here as the most convenient route is across a toll bridge. The «free» route is 10 minutes out of my way. I won’t hold it against them as that’s not something they control, it’s just something to consider.

Love this store! All staff employees are eager to help and are very kind and patient with everyone.
