I was in this store yesterday to check out their baby/​toddler section, and it was absolutely terrible. Good luck to anyone trying to find anything specific because the store is a mess. There’s almost absolutely nothing on the racks, everything is spewed out on tables in just terrible heaping piles of unfolded clothes. It is seriously like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Head office really needs to jump in and intervene because no doubt this mess of a store is contributing to lost sales.

Not sure what happened to this old navy. It definitely has gone downhill. Very messy store, clothes on the ground, dust bunnies all over the floor. This store is in need of serious management help.

Went there last week. My intention was to get a pair of jeans… which was impossible.
Pants scattered everywhere, no staff on the sales floor to help or keep shelves, tables and displays in-​check. Everything there was unorganized, I didn’t want to spend my time searching for my pant size, so I left.

Big store, lots of selection. Always has a large clearance area in the back. Staff always look like they are having fun working, but never ignore the customers. I just wish they sold more pants in a long size. You have to try on all jeans because two pairs of the same size don’t always fit near the same. Also change rooms always have a line on the weekends.
