Busy location. Sometime you may not a seat. Service is ok. Depending on the time and the crew, they may be more frindlier.

Good coffee, very friendly staff. But previous reviews nail it on the head: not enough seating. Total of 7 tables for 2, plus 1 for disabled customers. I’m here at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon, and it’s fairly quiet. But I can’t imagine trying to find a seat here during rush hour. Parking’s not a problem(shares the lot with Safeway). And if the weather is nice, they have a nice little patio here, but you’ll get an earful of noise from 152 St.

It’s a cramped location. It’s not open late. There are only a few tables inside and a few outside. Pretty non-descript, and if I don’t have to meet someone there, I move on — to Guildford or to Panorama Village. Plus getting in and out of this location sucks.
