Phở is very average. It’s good if you’re in the area and there’s no where else to go but if you want outstanding phở, there are better places in Surrey

Nov 14: I just came from here after finding BUGS in the rice! Disgusting! There was 5 of us having lunch. One of the kids noticed something in the rice… little black bugs. I frequent phở vinh. It was my favourite phở restaurant until now. I took the plate of rice to the waitress and she asked me if I would like something else… you got to be kidding right… we can’t even finish our meals now. I won’t be paying for any meals I say as we have barely started eating and we are disgusted. The owner who is mad and wants me to pay for the other meals tells me I am not allowed back in his restaurant! I am floored! I expected him to be very apologetic but no he kicked me out… UNBELIEVABLE! I was treated terrible for something that was not my fault and will never return to phở vinh and will be passing the word around! They lost a good customer!

This is our favorite Phở in Surrey!
Authentic Vietnamese soup base! not just from an MSG powder taste soup.
Serving & Quality of meat is quite generous. I also recommend to try their Salad Rolls with peanut Sauce dip.
The place is quite clean, nothing fancy and the service is always quick. Highly recommended.

I have gone here for a number of years since it’s close and is affordable. One thing I like is the fact that it does not get too busy and is a nice quiet place to chat with friends. While it’s not the best Phở I’ve ever had it’s pretty good and the food is always ready very quickly.

Ive been to many vietnamese places before but this is one of the few places that really sates your palette! They give you the bang for your buck and load up your meal with generous amounts of everything.
I had the phở special with a spring roll, and it felt like there was way more meat than noodles! Everything tasted great.

I had to recollect my thoughts on this place. This is the only Phở restaurant that I constantly have revisited. In the last two months I’ve been there at least eight times. I have had no real complaints. I’ve always come out of this restaurant as a happy phoamper.
I feel like they constantly pamper me. But they really don’t.
