Nima’s Day Spa

I bought a TeamBuy coupon for Nima’s for 2 Inch Loss Sessions and Choice of 1 Lipo Laser Session or 1 Infrared Body Wrap Treatment. Initially they were pleasant enough, but after I decided to cancel the extra treatments I had purchased their attitude completely changed. They responded to my voice mail message with a text (seriously!) where they did not even identify themselves. A week later, someone called me but after I reiterated I wanted and was entitled to a refund, they promised to ‘investigate’. It’s been two weeks since I initially requested a refund to my credit card and they have done absolute nothing. It seems they are only interested in getting your money — do NOT go to this place!

Several attempts to get a refund from Nima’s got me nothing but excuses, excuses, and more excuses. I called, I wrote (snail mail!) and even drove in to speak with them personally. Lots of excuses were offered, along with promises of an «investigation» but nothing happened. Eventually I just contacted Visa whom were much more helpful and immediately reversed the charges.

I would have to say that Nima’s day spa has impacted my personal outlook about myself. Moreover, it has motivated me to continue with my goals.
It is worth mentioning that not only do I get my treatments done, but I also contribute on my part, that is to say that i eat healthy and do my exercises and such. In other words, one cannot expect to see drastic changes just through these treatments. It requires dedication and will power.
I recommend this place personally.
