horrible customer service. avoid this place at all costs. the lady that runs it is outright rude and disrespectful. no people skills at all. she doesnt do the job properly and she only does half the area. unlimited laser my ass, dont be fooled. just avoid this place at all costs. this lady just wants to make money and doesnt even do the job properly.

I have been seeing Manoosh for over 2 years for laser treatment. She is always pleasant & treats me not only as a client but as a friend. She provides very good service & is very knowledgeable with the laser equipment. The room is always clean & I feel very relaxed under her skilled hands. I have had very good results with the treatments I have received.

Laser Era in Vancouver is Wonderful, the Lady that does the laser treatment at this location is wonderful. I have been going for 1 ½ yrs and it is great, got the bikini line done… gone, underarms, chin and lip, I could not be more happy. I was very freaked about my facial hair before, now I do not have any.

Terrible, I mean TERRIBLE customer service. The lady performing the laser treatments is rude, abrasive, and has no people skills whatsoever. Unfortunately I can’t say their laser is very effective either. After a year and half of treatments, I see no appreciable difference.
