Cloverdale At Home Care helps seniors and people with disabilities lead safe, dignified lives in the comfort and privacy of their own homes or assisted living facility.

Our clients get a personalized care plan and compassionate one-​on-​one nursing and personal care from our team of nurses and care aides. We can help nurse you back to health after your discharge from the hospital, and provide home support to help with daily living such as bathing, grooming, companionship, meal preparation and light housekeeping. We also provide respite care to family members needing a break from caregiving duties.

History

Established in 2011.

Having nursed people in long term care, we saw a need for providing a viable option to seniors and people with disabilities to be cared for at home. Being cared for in institutions is not always the only option, and in some instances may not be the best alternative.

Cloverdale At Home Care was founded to help address the need for competent, affordable and compassionate home health care.
