My favourite sushi place ever. When it first opened I was slightly hesitant to eat sushi from a convenience store but trust me you will not be let down. The rolls are huge, prices are great and service is always friendly. My favourites are spicy salmon and spicy dynamite. Be sure to call ahead early because they will stop taking orders if they get too busy.

Being originally from the Vancouver area and having eaten at a lot of sushi places, I did not expect to find such a great place in a small town in Ontario. For the price, you get a really good portion of 8 good-sized pieces per sushi roll. 1 roll per person at lunch time will fill you up! The ingredients were very fresh, the rice was nicely slightly-loose pressed, and had good quality nori. Even after being in the fridge overnight, it was still excellent. I believe they might even provide _real_wasabi(it definitely wasn’t the standard horse radish from powder wasabi), which was awesome. Most of the stuff on the menu was pretty standard stuff, but had a couple of combinations that I’d never tried before. I definitely recommend the Hamachi Tiger. It’s not an actual restaurant since it’s inside the general store, so I suggest calling or stopping by with your order and picking it up at the given time(their time estimates seem pretty good) since they’re popular and a lot of people order take out, it will usually take ½ hr. You can then eat at the store, or better yet, walk down by the water and grab a picnic table.
