Service was decently fast and friendly. The subs were excellent both times that I have been and I would most definitely be coming back.

Mediocre service, okay food. It really depends on who you get as a server.
If you get the owner or the son of the owner as a server, you will have a sub that is light in toppings and sauces. If you get a regular worker, they are usually nicer and more generous. They are almost always friendly and professional, but $ 10+ for a sub is expensive when you get cheaped for toppings.
The place is open late (til 2−3am some days). Usually clean, but the décor is a bit outdated. Decent place for lunch or snack when alone, but would probably not choose to go with friends or a group based on its small size and mediocre food.
