Went for a quick meal with my gf here and was greater by not so friendly adituide… while also noting the gross floors and tables. store was not busy and other employees did nothing while they could have been cleaning, I have worked in the restaurant industry and know that is unacceptable

I went there for lunch. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting and watching the staff ignore me, even though I was the only one waiting to order. NOONETOOKMYORDER! Walked out. Completely horrible service. Plus I heard the customers before me, whom had their orders taken, had been waiting for over 5 minutes for their food, and the staff got their order wrong. Additionally drive thru was backed up. Get you act together and learn what it means to run a FASTFOOD restaurant.

This A&W is a cut above what I would expect in a mall fast food joint. Even though the mall was hectic and there were tons of people running around, the staff here were friendly and very quick. My food was ready in minutes.
