Have been to Focus previously and although I found it on the expensive side I enjoyed my day at the Spa. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend. Saw their advertisement that they were having Black Friday specials. So I signed up for their newsletter and patiently waited to receive the specials. Newsletter never came so I phoned Focus whoever answer kept referring me to the newsletter that I never received. She herself did not know what the specials were. She finally agreed to take my number and call me back with the info. She never called back. So Focus you lost two customers. I used Unilocal reviews to find another salon with great reviews and better prices and they were more than accommodating in answering my questions.

Extremely clean! All the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can generally get in pretty quick which is nice a lot of places you can not. Staff are well trained and confident in what they do!

They have amazing girls here! No matter who I see I am always happy, although I have gotten amazing service from Kalina time and time again, no matter what I have done. She is always professional and gives off a very pleasant, but relaxing aura. You can tell she loves what she does and is completely focused on the client having a positive & relaxing spa experience. Highly recommended!

I had a great eyebrow wax here yesterday. They were able to fit me in for an appointment kinda last minute when I called and they were really friendly and accommodating. And my brows looked great when I came out.
