This place always delivers on taste !! They also have good portions and a good variety. The butter chicken and samosas are phenomenal! Definitely the best in Sherwood!

I love being able to run in and pick up really tasty food at the spur of the moment. I’ve never been unhappy with an experience there.

Not too shabby. Not as good as a few other Indian establishments I have tried recently… but still… I’d give them another shot. Stopped in for a late, take out dinner. Had a three item deal which came with rice and Naan bread. I also ordered a couple of chicken samosas, and an order of stuffed naan bread(i went for cheese and onion). Dishes were decent. Butter chicken had a distinct tomato taste. Chili chicken was good. Stuffed naan was a a bit greasy… but the cheese inside no doubt contributed to that. It to was tastey. Samosa was unlike any other I have had. Shell was very hard. You can see in my picture. It tasted decent. Overall…I’m content. If I lived close, I would probably be apt to go back soon. I don’t live that close… so I will be back… one day. For now. So many new places to give a chance.

Terrific menu! Perfectly seasoned for North American taste buds. Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken are incredible. What far surpasses anything is their naan bread! Fresh, hot and oh so scrumptious! Try some samosa’s while you’re there. Vegetarian choices too! Try it, you’ll love it!

This is one of my favorite Indian places in Edmonton, let alone in Sherwood Park! Perfect place to grab lunch or take-out to go home with. The food is consistently good, great value and the service is quick and friendly. Some of my favorites are the Shahi Paneer and the Saag Paneer. The samosas are fresh, hot and homemade. And the naan bread is hands-down, the best in the city. Always fresh, hot and crispy, yet chewy. You can dine-in if you would like — all though the environment isn’t super attractive, it’s comfortable and easy if you and a co-worker want to sit down and enjoy. There isn’t a LOT of seating so you might be hard pressed to find seating at lunch time if you’re with a larger group. You are paying for great food and great service, and it’s still set at an affordable price(some lunch options are under $ 10). Taste of India Express is a great dining option in Sherwood Park run by very nice people.

Paul and Vijay have some of the best Indian around. I have been loyal to them since they had the full size restaurant on the other side of town. The shahi paneer is my favorite and the daal there is amazing.

Seriously guys, this place is good! I have gone so many times that I know the owners on a first serve basis. They are good people, the food is great and they have good staff. Paul and Vijay are a really nice couple too. My favourite dish is the Butter Chicken and my wife always has the combo platter. The portions are huge and every second visit, they send me off with a little something extra(Samosa’s or a free dish to take home to enjoy)

Stopped here one day after grabbing a booster juice from next door and wow I’m glad I did! As we walked in the man behind the counter turned up the Indian music playing on the tv(to get the party started I guess) and the smells coming from the walk up counter that greeted us were fresh and aromatic and not at all greasy or stale like food court smell. The first time I just ordered 3 samosas as I was not feeling quiet brave and my bf ordered a butter chicken wrap. Right before our eyes fresh naan was made and slapped up side the inside of the handy dandy naan baking oven thingy. My samosas were dropped in to the deep fryer as the butter chicken wrap was being assembles. The man kept up some chatter with us as he worked and the smells from the other dishes were quickly making me regret I had not ordered more. Long story short. Butter chicken naan wrap was apparently good and my samosa was nice and crisp not soggy. I found the bits of potato in my snack was a bit on the large side but the flavour was good and not too over powering with one spice or another. All in all it was yummy and not expensive at all :) I’ve been back 3 times and am heading over again right now and I have yet to be disappointed in any of their dishes. Cheers Ps Okay so some ppl don’t like their food swimming in sauce but when the sauce is that yummy how can you mind?
