Love, love, LOVE this library! Great for everyone — fantastic children’s section that includes some toys, computer games and comfortable seating. They have many programs for storytelling and songs for the little ones. Free wifi as well as computer access. Very comfortable seating areas. Great selection of movies to rent. There is a small café in the library that serves food as well as drinks. People can take drinks into the library areas — definitely not the library of our youth! Library card is $ 12 for the year and additional household members are $ 3 per person.

I’m a regular user of this library. For a community library it has everything you need. They have a great selection of business books that I often take out. My kids enjoy the atmosphere and social area in the kids section. Movies, music, everything else for a selection of books is great. The building itself is a gem in my mind. It’s open, tons of natural light and plenty of places to work and study. My only complaints are the parents who bring their misbehaving kids. They lack any sort of common sense when it comes to noise. I often see parents turn a blind eye to their kids running around, yelling, screaming or not being polite to other kids. Second complaint are the people who use the library to socialize. Last time I checked libraries were designated as quiet places to think and work. I wish the library staff would discipline these people. Great spot otherwise.

What can I say? we have the most incredible library in the history of libraries. No, really, I think we have a book on how we are the most incredible! This lovely library opened in November of 2010 and I have been a regular ever since. There is something for everyone here. We have big tall windows to let lots of natural light pour in and cozy nooks to curl up in. There are plenty of plug ins for laptops and chargers as well as lots of comfy seating. There is an area with desks where you can plug in your laptop or there is another section that has computers you can use. There is free Wifi — that doesn’t require a library card or anything else convoluted to use. The library is two stories and there is a coffee shop on the first floor, with the adult study area upstairs. The first floor houses the children’s section with a great magical kingdom area. Speaking of kids(and adults who want to be kids) you can also check out a Wii and play it in one of the alcoves. Of course, the library also has the usual vast selection of hard cover, soft cover and e-books. DVDs, CDs etc. to check out. There are automated check out and return machines but if you have to go to the information desk, they are pleasant and helpful. I honestly can’t think of one way they could improve on this place!
