I love this place and there food. There smoothies are really good but food is very pricey. Would be better if they lowered the prices.

Although their sandwiches are OK, they always take forever, and despite being a juice bar, it seems like their juicer is always broken. I’ve actually ordered juice and never received it because 45 minutes went by and I had to leave. Slowest place on earth but when they can actually get you the juice(2⁄5 times I’ve been there) it is pretty good.

Care more about your customers. I went to fresh healthy café for a mid morning smoothly with my wife. There was no one in the restaurant when we got there. I ordered a smoothy and my wife ordered a latte and a parfait. The parfaits are premade and quite good. The latte came out just as she was finishing her parfait(5 minutes ish), I continued to wait at least a couple of more minutes for my smoothy. I could have made it faster at home. When I did get it, it was not worth the wait. There was far too much ice… They give you a wide slurpy straw to make up for the increased ice volume, it’s just not the consistency I like and had very little flavour because if the high ice volume. It’s nice to see a healthy option place in my new neighbourhood, but I hope that they vastly improve their service and quality.

I stopped in at French Healthy Café for some drinks to go, so I can’t comment on their food. When I arrived the café had no customers, but three workers who did not look up until I greeted one of them ready to order. I ordered two London Fogs, one half sweet. The lady who was taking my order asked what I meant by half-sweet and I explained half the usual vanilla syrup. She said they don’t usually come sweetened so I had to add(and pay for) a shot of syrup in the drinks. When I took my drinks to their destination both my friend and I noticed that the cups were about 2⁄3 full. I admit grudgingly that they were delicious — clearly a very high quality tea. But you still get two stars from me, F. H Café. My expensive drink was very yummy, but I hate snottiness and a not-full cup.

Really enjoy this place when on the go! Always my go to for a wrap and a smoothie. There soups are great as well, however still high in calories. Very affordable and great prices for kids meals!

You know how you find a healthy place and it costs an arm and a leg to bring the kids there? That’s one of my favorite parts of the Fresh Healthy Café, that I can bring the kids there and get them a sandwich and a fresh squeezed juice for $ 5. It’s a fantastic size for the kids, and you can choose from the peanut butter and jam panini, or the kids favorite, grilled cheese. The laid back atmosphere is perfect for a quick breakfast of lunch, and it’s one of my favorite places to go for juice in the morning. The prices are better than trying to buy the produce to juice yourself! Plus, you’re going to want the soup come lunch time. My favorite sandwich? The tuna melt. Yum!

The addition of Fresh Healthy Café to the Sherwood Park quick bite scene is nothing but a fabulous addition! One of the best things about this Café is that in addition to nice wraps, good soup and nutritious smoothies and juices, they also serve gluten free, dairy free and vegan selections. The prices aren’t the cheapest in town, but you pay for the quality. The hubs was thrilled to discover a huge date/granola/square type bar that is soft, chewy and incredibly filling while still being gluten free AND dairy free. They have also told him they can prepare him a gluten free wrap. The ambiance is light and casual with lots of great art. Check out the huge piece on the middle wall, on the right hand side, facing away from the kitchen. Some say it is interesting, some say creepy but I prefer whimsical. If it was just a bit smaller, I would pack those cute pair of jeans up and take them home with me! The Café has expanded twice since they opened — once to add a patio and the second time to more than double their interior seating.

Fresh Healthy Café serves smoothies, salads, wraps, sandwiches and soups on the edge of the Summerwood neighbourhood in Sherwood Park. The smoothies are delicious. Although scary looking with its bright green colour, I recommend the kale smoothie for a fresh drink. Some of the sandwiches are a bit bland and some, such as the spicy chicken, don’t transcribe well to salad. As far as the soups go, I recommend the Spicy Thai Chicken. Although it comes with an extra charge over the regular soups, it is filling and flavourful with a generous portion.

If you’re looking for a great healthy place for lunch, this is it. It’s still«fast food», but is in no way like your regular fast food joint. You’re able to get wraps, paninis, soups, salads and awesome, DELICIOUS smoothies. Everything is made fresh and to order. I am celiac and am happy to report that I can eat here as well. They’ve got GF wraps and baking available at all times. They also have lots of options for people with other allergies.(Soy milk, soy cheese, vegan options, etc). They’ve recently expanded their space, so there’s lots of tables where you can sit and enjoy your meal. If you’re in Sherwood Park, or passing through, I definitely recommend that you stop by for a delicious meal.
