This place is IT for khool (not sure if I spelled that correctly). It is a Sri Lankan crab/​fish soup, gently spicy (for me) and smooth, comforting and totally addictive.
The lady who runs this place is very nice. I bought the chakri as a treat and could not stop at just one …
The cuttlefish there is the b.e.s.t. Sri Lankan cuttlefish I have ever had. Tender, perfectly seasoned. This place is solid. Absolutely one of my favourite Sri Lankan takeout places.

I have been here several time because they have a little store where you can come get a good lunch and a nice drink. I have mostly bought dinner for those days when I am in the office late.
This is an Indian style bakery, but they have a nice selection of ready to eat food. The mutton rolls have become a personal favorite, the veggie samosas are great too. Plus there is a selection of carbonated sodas with pineapple flavor or green apple along with other flavors you don’t see everyday.
Whenever I have to stay to work late at the office this is my go to place for a quick dinner.

The smell of fresh baked bread enfolds you the minute you open the door. I recently had a chance to try the mutton roll at chrisbread and omg, what a treat! The freshly baked roll encases a delicious mutton curry filling that just wakes up your taste buds. I haven’t tried anything else, but will definitely be back to do so. Don’t let the scuzzy location turn you off.
