The buns are bubble tea are really good! But can’t hide the fact that I saw cockroaches on the floor before. Other than that, it’s decent and cheap if you are really under budget and only have a few dollars.

Chinese bakeries are usually pretty cheap. This one is even cheaper than most. Their traditional Chinese buns are around $ 0.55-$ 0.60 per bun, and they’ve got a decent amount of filling in them. My favorite bun from here, one I’ve never seen anywhere else, is their deep fried taro bun. It’s got sweetened taro paste on the inside(real taro paste, and not the gross powder you find in bubble tea), and the bun is deep fried. It’s sweet, but not in a cloying way. It’s the right amount of sweetness to savoriness. They’re even better when fresh. Their end of the day sale is six buns for $ 3.00. They also discount their egg tarts, their glutinous rice balls(think mochi with Chinese fillings, covered in coconut shreds), etc. Their mochi is delicious. Even at the end of the day, they’ve still got a good texture. They have a good amount of filling to glutinous rice layer. The peanut one is my personal preference. Yesterday, our church had its annual membership meeting. I bought 250 buns from here for $ 150 including tax. They packed them into individual bags for me, and then put them into cardboard boxes for easier transport. I asked for them to be ready at 11:30 am. They were ready even when I came about 15 minutes early. When I served them at 12:45 pm, they were still very obviously fresh. People were exclaiming that the buns were still warm! This is a great place to pick up a cheap breakfast/lunch/snack/dessert. It’s been around for a while. I’m actually a bit surprised no one wrote on it earlier.
