They would not sell me a Samsung phone unless I signed up for a 2 year contract with Rogers or Bell. Wireless Wave stores are owned and operated by GLENTEL, 50% owned by Bell and 50% owned by Rogers.

If it wasn’t for their 2-​year warranty, I may not even have considered them, but as long as nothing’s wrong w/​the phone, you get your $ 80 credit back – if you remember lol.
But Walter’s a good guy here, patient, helplful, even though he couldn’t upgrade me due to my business acct @ Rogers, i’ve got him for my next renewal. He sure knows his corporate plans inside out.
Glad they don’t deal with Telus lol.
