I made the mistake of making two batches of wine during the summer. We then experienced a heat wave that sent temperatures soaring. Steveston Winemakers didn’t have air conditioning. My wine got cooked! $ 400 down the drain.
I don’t know if they have AC at their new shop, but if they don’t, then avoid this shop during the summer months.
