Got photocopies and faxes here once. My gal accidentally set off the door alarm when she was looking for the bathroom. Quite comical. Staples just seems to be too big for what they sell. I think times have changed and the big box layout needs to evolve. However, for office supplies and anything from coffee to paper to printers. This place is like a one stop shop. Photocopies and faxes? It’s good for that too.

Brand-spanking new, where Chapters historically been here for decades, it seems. Like the newer format much better; put the tech stuff all in the middle now instead of off to the left. Photocopying/custom services in far left side, much bigger section, and away from the draft of the front doors. Open til 9pm daily except Sundays.

I was reminded to review this place ’cause my good friend Kenneth just reviewed this place. I have actually been here about 3 times last year since I have some friends living in Richmond. We came here to xerox a few band flyers for his upcoming show. It’s not the cheapest place to get copies done, especially colored ones, however, it was what was in the area. We got a few colored flyers done for his gig. For me I wanted to get some of those print and home tickets laminated, however, they messed up my lamination and used the thick stock instead of the thin laminate which I specifically asked for 3 times. This is another reason why I haven’t been back to this location.
