I just took my vehicle in thinking I was going to get a big hit on the VIsa card. I was delighted that they did a wonderful job and fixed my vehicle without hosing me on price. The receptionist is wonderfully friendly, the whole experience was totally positive, I would go back in in a heartbeat

Only complaint I would have is that they are busy, which sucks for me but at least I know that they have repeat customers because of quality, making the decision to take the car to them much easier. I suppose its a good problem to have for both the client and the shop. Beware the shop with empty lifts or time slots.

There is nothing more worrisome than being a girl and heading to an automotive repair shop. I often feel like they think they can take advantage of me because they believe I have no idea what I’m talking about (my dad’s a mechanic back home, so they’re wrong).
I have never EVER had such great service from an automotive company. They were nice, they were not condescending, and I got a great deal on fixing my car, with a very quick turn around time.
