The Save On is really like a No Frills or Extra Foods. It’s small and often unkept and not welcoming. Staff not welcoming or friendly at all. It really doesn’t belong here.

Typical size for the smaller burn of Richmond, seafair area.
always easy knowing their hours: 7am to 11pm, convenience store hours, lol… yes, i know, tacky.
anyways, it’s in a medium-​sized plaza with surprisingly not enough parking, esp. on weekends or some weeknites as there’s a handful of restaurants here.
Have their bulk sales outside in the front, to tempt you. And if that’s not enough, they have the deli & bakery as soon as you walk in too.
Aisles are packed a bit tighter.
Uni-​sex washroom located at end of Aisle #8, no key necessary, trust me ;)

I like this place! Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful, the store is always clean and the shelves are generally stocked to the brim. Prices are great, and often the sales are fantastic. No complaints here!

This Save-​on-​Foods is nestled in a pleasant neighbourhood close to the dike in Richmond. This location isn’t too big, yet not too small — Goldilocks location if you may. I come here because it’s close to where I leave and it has everything that you need at a reasonable price (versus Safeway usually). A fresh, deli with cold salads to slow roasted whole chickens to hot potato wedge fries to long aisles of meat, ice cream, cereals, baked goods, produce, etc. Their pharmacy opens until 10pm and Save-​on opens until 11pm everyday.
Just remember your Save-​On-​More rewards card to get you those store discounts!
