Otto Auto Service

I stumbled upon Otto Auto while searching for a place that sells the windscreen wipers for my car.
As other reviewers have already mentioned, Otto Auto is a family business with superb customer focus and service delivery. Being somewhat a car enthusiast, they listened and answered all my inquiries, explained all my options, and I was so impressed by them that I ended up purchasing and getting HIDs installed when I only wanted to replace my wipers to begin with!
Their service charge is more than reasonable, and I am so glad to have found an auto shop that truly cares!

I was driving to Richmond the other day and rolled over a nail. Once parked, I could hear it leaking air. Thus I need to fix it immediately otherwise I would have had a flat the next morning.
Naturally, I went to Unilocal and found Otto Auto. It was somewhat late in the day, but Ricky said to come right away. He fixed it within 10 minutes. Price was good and, more than anything, I appreciated the fast friendly service.

As previous reviews stated, trustworthy and honest people who did not overcharge me. Also, very nice and helpful. Hard to find with a body shop! Glad I read the reviews before I went!

Very nice family business. The work was excellent and they repaired more than was asked. The paint job was excellent.
The courtesy car was old, with dirty seats, and smelled of cigarettes.

I was very happy with my experience with Otto Auto Service. First of all, I love that this is a family run business (two brothers and their dad Otto– who has been in the car industry for years). They were super friendly, helpful and most importantly when it comes to getting car work done, they were honest. They actually charged LESS than the original ICBC estimate!
There is a Enterprise Rental shop across the lane and they have basic courtesy cars available too. I also appreciated receiving text messages to let me know when my car was ready. Oh! They also discovered that my rear windshield wiper was missing and went to the trouble of calling the dealship to see how much a replacement would cost– now that’s customer service.
My car came back looking like new and I am a happy customer.
