i’m confused as to why people have such high ratings for this store, because when i went in i received the worst treatment i have ever received. actually, no, i can’t say that because i was ignored the entire time.
no one else was even in the store and i didn’t receive so much as a «hello» from the two women at the counter, even though i said it first. maybe because i was dressed slobby (like, pardon me for being sick but needing a new foundation) they didn’t think i was important enough to shop there but whatever. i had planned on spending a lot so sucks for them. as soon as someone else came in they both were climbing over each other to help them, whereas i was just in the corner trying out different foundation colours on my hand, waiting for a moment to ask for help. i decided that i wouldn’t bother and took my business elsewhere. i haven’t had the greatest experiences with mac workers so i think i’ll just shop online or go to the store downtown.
i would never step foot in here again if i saw those two working there. hopefully they’re gone or if i go there again, they’ll have other staff working.

No wonder the high ratings, not just great products but the professional service and knowledge top notch, especially if you meet Taralynn… totally made me feel comfortable asking whatever, and most importantly, what I like haha

The workers here, as is expected, have gorgeous makeup looks (dead-​on). I was running out of my current lipstick and went to work testing the lipsticks. Worker was very friendly, gave me suggestions (although she seemed to be more interested in scoping out other customers). Purchased a lipstick, only to find that it was not the colour I had asked for. Simply exchanged it within the same day. Convenient location as well.

My go-​to store.
Even though I live closer to the Oakridge location, I really love coming to this one. The ladies here are always so welcoming and helpful. They take their time with you to find the right colour or chat with you. I can even come into this store without any makeup and feel welcomed. Haha.

It’s a small store in Richmond center. I appreciate how the sales staff aren’t as pushy as the other locations.
