We came to this casino hoping to have a couple drinks, a good time and good food. What a disappointment! And that’s putting it politely. Food was less than desirable and too expensive. The Bree Burger was not tasty at all. My salad was wilted, the dressing on the salad was not what I ordered and they were out of a lot of things-the dip that came with our fries was one of those things but they didn’t inform us until they brought it out(which was 10 min after we got our fires) and forced a different dip on us. Waitress was nice but we’ll never go there again.

I don’t gamble, so why am I at a casino? There’s nowhere else at Bridgeport Station to grab a beer, which is where our business park shuttle bus drops us off after work. Cue drum roll, and Lulu’s Lounge, a small bar inside River Rock Casino. I’ve never eaten here, and their beer selection is over-priced and meager, but for convenience, we find ourselves back here once every couple months or so. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, except for the location, but we have had some very friendly servers. When my friend wanted to step out for a smoke, one server practically walked us all the way to the smoking patio, just to show us where to go! High points for friendly service; low points for everything else. Side note(and please don’t mistake this as a recommendation by any means, but) I noticed the food court was serving poutine burgers the last time I was walking by, if you’re into that sort of thing. I didn’t try it, but the photo of it instilled an equal sense of disgust and intrigue.

Came here for a drink, after finding out that Curve(the«nicer» bar outside the casino) closes early. Parking is available in the lot next to the casino. The interior is nothing special, but there are many nice couches to sit on, and a projection screen showing sports on the back wall. Drinks here are fairly pricey, at $ 7 for a Caesar and $ 6+ for a bottle of beer. Government has to eat. The staff were very professional, and asked me how spicy I wanted my Caesar. They even comped us a couple of soft drinks after we were finished with our cocktails. Apparently if you’re the DD in a group, this establish will comp you non-alcoholic drinks while your friends get toasted. It’s a pretty nice house rule I must say. We left them a nice tip. To be honest, I’m not sure why this place got so many negative reviews. Other than the price, everything here is pretty good. Then again, the place was completely deserted when I was there, so maybe things are different during peak hours.

Food was expensive, portion was small and it wasn’t all that great. Good Service but that doesn’t make up for spending too much for bad food! Eat somewhere else before you go to the casino!

This is inside the River Rock Casino lobby area essentially. You walk into the casino you just walk towards the back and they have a door guy checking ID and we were like what are they checking ID for, we weren’t even aware we were at the lounge, it was just so open. I know the bar was four and five people deep. I was looking for a simple water here and they directed me to the bar and I was not about to stand in that line for a water.

We went to Lulu’s Lounge to watch the Hockey Game last night. I will never go back for another game. You’d think this sports lounge would be adequately staffed when there is a hockey game on involving the Canucks! We found a table in the corner we waited 30 minutes for a server to acknowledge us, we could see that other tables were waiting as well. There was one server who just seemed to be in her own little world walking around the section but not actually serving anyone… finally my boyfriend went to the bar to ask for some service. The server who finally did come over to take our order was very nice and apologetic. I will say that the food came quickly after and it wasn’t too bad either. The server checked on us and we asked for 2 waters…30 minutes later, still no waters. After I finished my hi-ball I sat with no drink or water for 45 minutes. Finally he came back to see how we were doing and by that point I was just annoyed and asked for our bill. Not impressed at all.
