Feel bad for Jewels to what happened to her. I’ve been here a few times for a toner refill. I think it was $ 40. Not as cheap as I would have liked but they did a good job. I think they only take debit though. I wish they would have some stamp loyalty card or something. Overall, I’d recommend this place. They are fast with refills too.

If you like being called«stupid» and having the owner’s hand held up in your face, then this is the place to go! I recently came to this location to inquire about a specific brand and type of ink cartridge. When I was told the price, I asked, «Do you have a return policy?» Silly me for asking what I thought was a simple and straightforward question. The owner replied in an extremely rude tone of voice, «What do you think?». I said, «ummm…it was just a question», which then got me a response where I was called«stupid». He then proceeded to wave a $ 20 bill in my face and said that it would be the same as him giving me $ 20 and telling me to go and spend it and if I couldn’t, to bring it back. I was so surprised by his rant and behaviour that I stood there for a few seconds, staring at him. This apparently annoyed him because he suddenly stuck out his tongue, knitted his eyebrows, crossed his eyes and shook his head side to side at me. Then he said«I have 26 orders so good bye! Go away!» So I started walking away when I decided to stop and take a picture so I could remember the store’s name(and I was in the mall corridor now). The owner freaked out, came out from around his counter and screamed«Don’t take pictures of my store» while waving his hand an INCH from my face. I was saying that I was in the mall, not his store, so I can take the pictures but he kept screaming at me. Finally I just realized that I had to walk away or else the situation would have escalated. I don’t know about everyone else, but I would prefer to be treated with *some* respect in the establishments where I spend my money.

Simple counter in Lansdowne Centre that refills all your toner and ink cartridge needs. There’s a reason why they’re super busy and never answer the phone. Prices are low compared to most other places and the location and opening hours(same as the mall’s) should be convenient for a lot of people and businesses. Just bring in your empty cartridges and pick ‘em up full after an hour or two, or the next day. I brought in my empty Samsung laser toner cartridge and got it replenished for $ 44.79 all-in, whereas it would’ve cost more elsewhere, or over $ 100 for a Samsung-brand cartridge. Quality? Looks just as good. Prints clean and crisp. Handle your empty cartridges with care, as the cartridge itself determines much of the output quality. Ink is ink.
