First & foremost, me and my husband love foot massages! We have had foot massages done for decades! iFeet/​Complacent Foot Massage is currently the go-​to place for us after trying so many other places in Vancouver and Richmond. So far we have tried 2 services: Foot massage and Body massage. Wonderful skillful masseurs! I especially enjoy the foot massage. Before the masseur starts on my feet, I get a 10mins shoulder massage while soaking my feet in warm water. Heavenly! Then the rest is like a blur to me because I’ll be drifting in & out of sleep. It is that relaxing. The chair is comfy and there are privacy area for just 2 people. Not high end spa like but good & decent enough for the price I’m paying. We always buy package of 10 services and pay their special price per service. Very reasonable for the services. Totally worth it! :)

I often come here to do 2 sessions. Because I need to stay office for long time and I like running. My back and leg have felt uncomfortable for a long time. After Taiwanese masseuse helped to fix it, I felt my whole body relax more. Sometimes I will asked her relax massage, she put oil that is amazing. I love deep and relax massage. Nice and professional massage place. If you like this place too, you can buy package. It’s really convenient.

Four of us came after golf and the owner was very nice to host us even though it was 30 mins before closing. The facility looks great and very comfortable chairs. A must try after all day golf or anyone looking to get pampered.

Had a reservation for an appointment today for 11 am. No one at front desk, got help from another massage person treating someone. He told me the person is not here to treat you. Told me to come back in 45min. Sorry my time is valuable, I will avoid this place. Mickey mouse operation.

A good no fuss place to get a good foot or back massage. The decore is simple and clean. They organize it into several rooms, so you can have privacy. They ask you not to give any tips (not many retail business can say that!!) and the rate includes taxes too. These reflexologists are very good at what they do. For starters, you get a ten minute massage while your feet are soaking in a nice herbal bath. If you find the tension to be too hard, please let them know. The entire treatment lasts for a full hour. My feet were really relaxed afterwards.
