History

Established in 2007.

Feng Shui Home Developments was established in 2007, but the builders history goes back many years as this was the honed craft of the family for generations. Feng Shui was born out of the changing trends in the building industry towards the demand for extremely personalized, custom homes focusing on not only preference and aesthetics but also a multitude of cultural preferences many clients desired in their custom homes. Feng Shui takes into account every detail and brings it to life. The fresh concept Feng Shui focuses on is the home buyers unique preferences, but also the dilemma many home buyers and home owners face when purchasing a home. Many want to stay on the land they already own, and many have found the perfect land but the home on it doesn’t suit their needs. Feng Shui decided to address this dilemma and offer our clients the ability to stay on the property theylove and build a brand new home in place of the old one, or build a clients dream home on the land they purchased.

Business Owner

Jim Biniaz has been in the building industry for 15 years, with his father owning large and prominent companies and having Jim on site to learn the craft from a very young age. After becoming a skilled tradesmen Jim pursued his entrepreneurial passion following in his fathers footsteps and developed his own building company. Jim’s greatest talents lie in his project management abilities and overseeing the bigger picture. When Jim is overseeing your project, you never have to worry that one brick or stone will be out of place. He understands his customers may be overwhelmed by the imposition of building a new home, but he is quick to ease those concerns and help you see the final outcome. When Jim isn’t on site bright and early every morning, being a big animal lover, he is usually out taking his two little (but still very manly) dogs to the park or running the seawall.
